Yin Yang

This program draws a Yin Yang (or Tai Chi) symbol, using a core function which draws partial circle arcs.

As the following illustration shows, the symbol is constructed from semi-circles. We use two different arc-drawing functions, one which draws in a clockwise direction, and one which draws counter-clockwise.
