Mandala & Kaleidoscope Screensavers

Page 1, Page 2, Page 3, Page 4 (for Mac versions, click here)

Unlike many crude screensavers which are inaccurately described as "kaleidoscopic," my screensavers are true kaleidoscope simulators: They use a two mirror "mandala" reflection system, much like the best fine-art kaleidoscopes, and they are entrancing and mesmerizing!

If you would like a customized kaleidoscope screensaver for your art gallery or to give as a gift, please contact me for details. You can also capture kaleidoscope still images using my shareware screensaver, MetaScope.

Sparkletts is a new kaleidoscope that uses a more realistic motion system for the object cell. The objects in the kaleidoscope appear to be floating in oil and are affected by gravity. In the windows version, you can press the arrow keys to change the mirror system and to rotate the object cell. Press M to turn the mirrors off so you can see the whole object cell. Mesmerizing.

In addition to the windows version, there is a version for Macs running OS X.

Escher has engravings by noted artist M.C. Escher. It is a strikingly beautiful kaleidoscope with high-contrast black and white images.
